📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential loan applicants to determine their eligibility for various loan products.
• Present tailored loan solutions to clients, explaining the terms, conditions, and benefits of each option.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications, gathering necessary documentation, and processing applications efficiently.
• Collaborate with the loan underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Monitor client accounts, reviewing loan performance and providing regular updates and advice.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations, promoting EastWest Rural Bank's loan products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly loans and credit services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
