As our Parts Inventory Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking, and minimizing stockouts. You'll work closely with our team to implement and monitor inventory control systems, leveraging tools like SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel for inventory control and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
