📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Directly book villas for guests, ensuring all bookings are accurate and meet guest requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of travel documents and itineraries for guests.
• Keep up-to-date with villa availability and rates, and communicate this information to guests and the sales team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of group bookings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Stay informed about local attractions, events, and travel trends to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate, with experience in using travel booking systems.
• Valid SIM card and driving license.
• Passionate about travel and customer service.
