PT Duta Mitra is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Officer to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. As a Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, compliance with tax laws, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Assist clients with tax planning and advice to minimize their tax liabilities.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax returns to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and communications.,Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of tax-related activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in a professional services firm.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
