Cadmus Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality palliative care to patients in both home care and inpatient settings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and high-quality palliative care to patients in home care and inpatient settings.,Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.,Monitor and manage patients' symptoms and conditions, ensuring their comfort and well-being.,Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life care.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in palliative care, preferably in home care and inpatient settings.,Certification in Palliative Care (e.g., Certified Palliative Care Nurse, CPN) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of palliative care principles, practices, and protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
