📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support business goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to develop and implement performance improvement plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Work with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development programs.,Proven track record of success in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and best practices in adult learning.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other training tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
