📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of success in financial management and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
