PT CAST Unggul is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our products/services meet customer needs and expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information about our products/services to potential customers.,Manage and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by identifying new business opportunities.,Ensure that our products/services meet customer needs and expectations by providing feedback to the relevant departments.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel as required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
