In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
