📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the restaurant's hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
