As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
