📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency,Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment,Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets,Ensure the safety of the workplace and adhere to all safety protocols,Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment,Knowledge of production machinery and equipment,Understanding of quality control and safety procedures,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required,Valid driver's license is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
