📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership and management skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer expectations.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
• Contribute to the store's overall performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with the management team to support various projects and initiatives.
• Assist in conducting regular store audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
