📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of shop assistants and ensure they are trained and motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary merchandise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop new employees to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
  • Ensure the store is secure and all health and safety regulations are followed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
