📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.,Oversee the HRIS system and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven track record of managing HR functions in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HRIS systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
