📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement food service menus and recipes, considering customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor food quality and safety, and take corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of culinary arts and food preparation techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training in culinary arts.
