Bidang Lestari Tea is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about tea and has a proven track record in sales and account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.,Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve targets.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
