📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of business processes and controls
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address identified issues
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
• Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in audit methodologies
• Assist in the development and maintenance of audit frameworks and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other audit software
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
