📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute Instagram content strategies to engage and grow our audience.
Manage and grow our Instagram accounts, including posting, storytelling, and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Instagram marketing.
Create and schedule engaging posts using tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
Report on campaign performance and provide insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in Instagram.
Proven track record of growing Instagram followers and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
