ZENIX Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Dili. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetun or Indonesian).,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
