📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
