Market City Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and extend the lifespan of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements where necessary.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
