In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales in the Semarang area, ensuring the success and growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team in the Semarang area, setting targets and ensuring they are met.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Organize and lead team meetings, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Report to the management team on a regular basis, providing updates on sales and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the sales or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
