Agung Fajar Store is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate with management to ensure HR goals are met,Organize and participate in team-building activities,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
