📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to entry-level recruiters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
