📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook meals for special events and promotions.,Assist in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety and hygiene certification.Experience with kitchen equipment and tools.Knowledge of inventory management systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and Indonesian.
