📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with operational management and performance metrics.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
