As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales of luxury and pre-owned vehicles. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll work in a dynamic environment where your skills and passion for cars will shine.

In this role, you'll interact daily with high-value customers, leveraging your expertise to guide them through the purchasing process. You'll utilize advanced CRM systems like Salesforce and dealership management software to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury or pre-owned vehicles.
• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and new vehicle models to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury or pre-owned vehicles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle high-value customers.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or similar software.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and inventory systems.
