📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide operational support during peak periods and special projects.,Assist in the training and development of operational staff.,Manage and maintain operational records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
