📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Forecast revenue and expenses, and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, using tools like Oracle Financials, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the development and implementation of the group-level budget and financial planning process.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support the strategic goals of the business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews, and provide support to the internal audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Financials, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
