📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and call on assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution points to promote and sell products.
• Negotiate with customers to secure sales and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows to boost brand awareness and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations.
