📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and IT staff to design and implement digital learning solutions tailored to the needs of educational institutions.
• Provide training and support to educators on the use of digital learning platforms, such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Moodle.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized digital learning strategies for schools and universities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital education, and share insights with the team.
• Work closely with the regional team to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of digital learning solutions.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in digital education.
• Represent EduTech Solutions Indonesia at educational conferences, workshops, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology or digital learning.
• Certification in educational technology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning platforms, such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Moodle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with educators, administrators, and IT staff.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
