📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and productivity.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all stores.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in promotional activities and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
